bio: Gap-Yuel graduated with Honors from Pratt Institute in 1998 and holds a BFA degree in Computer Graphics.
In 1999, Gap-Yuel began working for Vicarious Visions Inc. and now occupies the role of ‘Senior Artist’. Vicarious Visions became a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Inc. in 2005, and is best known for developing video games titles such as “Spiderman,” “Need For Speed Underground,” and “Crash Nitro Kart.” Gap-Yuel has completed and is credited on over 10 published video game titles on gaming platforms such as the Sony Playstation, Playstation2 and Playstation Portable (PSP), Nintendo Game Cube and DS, and Microsoft Xbox.
In addition to his professional game production experience, Gap-Yuel has organized and instructed two workshops in South Korea, "Game Design of Today" (Seoul, Korea, 2004) and “Character Design & Animation” (Seoul, Korea. 2004).
